The AKD Group

Founded in 1947 with interests in real estate and later expanding into stockbroking, the late Haji Abdul Karim Dhedhi (may he rest in peace) laid the foundation for what has become the resilient AKD Group—one of Pakistan’s premier business enterprises.

Mr. Aqeel Karim Dhedhi, son of the late Haji Abdul Karim Dhedhi, continues this legacy as Chairman of the Group. The concept master plan of The Arkadians is by ATKINS. Principal contractor services are provided by Creek Developers (Pvt.) Ltd.
